Anyone who spends long hours kneeling on the job knows how quickly hard floors, tiles or building-site surfaces take their toll on the knees. Blaklader's knee pads are designed exactly for this, aimed at tradespeople such as tilers, floor layers, roofers, electricians and concrete workers. The extra-wide fit keeps the knees securely in place while working, preventing the pads from shifting out of position.
The pads are made from EVA material with two distinct sides: the hard outer surface stands up to sharp objects and rough ground, while the inner side is softly padded for noticeably more comfort during long periods of kneeling. The pads can simply be removed from the trousers before washing, making care straightforward in daily use.
The knee pads are certified to EN 14404-3, Type 2, Level 1, for use together with trousers marked M1G or H1G. This means the protective performance only applies when paired with suitably marked trousers, as that is the combination the certification is based on. Measuring 250 x 170 x 20 mm, the pads offer a generous surface area that absorbs the strain typically placed on the knees during manual work.
They come supplied as a pair, so both knees are equally protected. Whether on a construction site, laying tiles, working on electrical installations or up on a roof, these pads add comfort and protection wherever kneeling is part of the job.
