The Grizzlyskin knee pad is designed as a matching addition to workwear trousers with built-in knee pad pockets, aimed at anyone who spends a large part of their working day on their knees – on construction sites, in trades, or during installation work. Rather than a rigid standard pad, it offers a shape that moves with the knee instead of restricting it.
The pad is made from 100% ethylene vinyl acetate, a material that combines toughness with flexibility and is built to withstand heavy daily use. Its honeycomb-structured front surface allows the pad to flex and mould itself to the natural contour of the knee rather than staying stiff. A slight built-in curve also makes it easier to slide into the knee pad pocket and remains noticeable once inserted, keeping the fit comfortable even after long periods of kneeling.
Certified to EN 14404-3:2024, Type 2, Performance Level 1, the knee pad provides tested protection for kneeling work and forms a reliable basis for trades where the knees are put under regular strain. Its PSA category II classification places it among protective equipment for medium risks, the kind typically encountered when working on hard or uneven surfaces.
