The Norvid rain dungarees are built for kids who are out and about in all weather, whether on the way to school, at the playground, or during outdoor activities. The dungarees cover sizes from 86/92 to 146/152, and the elastic, adjustable shoulder straps with front buckles grow along with the child.
The outer fabric is PU on a polyester carrier material weighing around 190 g/m², giving a fabric that moves with the body and allows plenty of freedom of movement without feeling stiff or heavy. The seams are welded rather than sewn, so there are no needle holes for water to get through at the critical points. The reflective stripes are welded on as well instead of stitched, which means no extra seams that could let moisture in. Elastic at the waist and leg cuffs keeps wind and rain from creeping in further.
The dungarees are made to EN ISO 13688, the base standard for protective clothing that ensures fundamental ergonomic and material requirements. Under EN 343 class 4/1X, they offer a high level of protection against water penetration while remaining breathable, backed up by the 8,000 mm water column. EN 17353 type B2 confirms an additional visibility function thanks to the reflective elements, helping children stand out better in low light.
