The Blaklader Kids Beanie is a children's version of the 2056 beanie, made available exclusively in bright high-vis colour combinations. It is designed for families who want their children to stand out on the way to school, while playing outside, or whenever extra visibility matters. A key feature is its reversible design: one side shows the beanie's bold high-vis look with a large "BLK 1959" print, while the other side carries the same text in a smaller, more discreet size, letting you switch to a low-key look whenever needed.
The beanie is knitted from a blend of 96% acrylic and 4% elastane, giving it a soft, stretchy feel that sits comfortably on a child's head while keeping its shape without feeling tight. It carries Oeko-Tex Standard 100 certification, meaning the fabric has been tested for harmful substances, a point that matters especially for children's wear. Care is straightforward: wash at 40°C without bleaching, dry cleaning, ironing or tumble drying.
It works well as an extra, easy-to-spot accessory for children, though it does not replace certified hi-vis protective clothing. Offered in one size to fit most children, it comes in navy/orange and black/high-vis yellow.
