The KX3 Ultrasonic Winter Gilet is built for anyone working outdoors in cold, wet conditions who still wants freedom of movement. Instead of traditional quilting, it uses a heat-sealed baffle construction that bonds the fabric without seams or threads, so the insulation stays put and never clumps or shifts, even after extended wear.
The Texpel Splash Eco fabric finish is PFAS-free and highly water-repellent, causing water to bead off the surface rather than soak in. Welded rather than stitched seams add further resistance to wind and rain. Inside, the InsulatexPro lining delivers noticeable warmth without adding bulk or unnecessary weight, retaining heat quickly and shielding the wearer from the elements.
Practical details round out the design: an adjustable drawcord at the hem lets you fine-tune the fit, while a chin guard with storm flap adds extra comfort when the collar is zipped up. Four pockets, including a concealed phone pocket, provide ample storage and close securely with zips, and the front zip allows quick, easy access. All of this makes the gilet a solid choice for anyone spending winter days outside who needs a light yet warm mid or outer layer.
