The KX3 Insulated Quilted Winter Vest is built for anyone working outdoors in cold, changeable weather who still needs full freedom of movement in the arms. As a sleeveless layer, it fits easily under or over other garments, adding warmth to any layering system without getting in the way of the job.
The outer fabric carries the PFAS-free Texpel™ Splash Eco finish, so rain and moisture bead off the surface instead of soaking in. Key reinforcement areas are made from tough ripstop fabric, protecting both the garment and the wearer from damage and wet-through. The full lining and padding trap body heat inside while keeping the cold out, which makes a real difference on chilly outdoor shifts. Waterproof zips with grippy pull tabs keep water from getting in and stay easy to operate even with gloves on or in wet conditions.
The chin guard stops the zip from rubbing against the neck, while the adjustable hem cord and elasticated cuffs keep the fit snug and draught-free. The generous cut leaves enough room to wear a jumper or extra jacket underneath. Three pockets, including two zipped side pockets, a secure zipped inner pocket and a dedicated phone pocket, give plenty of storage for tools, paperwork and personal items.
