This work jacket from Rofa's TEAMWORK line is cut specifically for women and designed for anyone who values well-thought-out features over basic functional wear in daily professional use. The stand-up collar with hook-and-loop fastening, the zip with an additional hook-and-loop strip down the front, and the adjustable cuffs allow the fit to be tailored to changing conditions without needing to switch jackets.
What stands out is the sheer number of practical pockets: alongside the zipped chest pocket, there's a stitched pen pocket on the right with an additional compartmentalised pocket, sleeve pockets with flaps, hook-and-loop closures or divisions, two zipped side pockets, and two large inside pockets. Tools, pens and small items can be kept sorted and within easy reach. The fabric is a twill weave made from 65% recycled polyester and 35% cotton at around 295 g/m² – a combination that holds up to daily wear while still feeling sturdy rather than stiff against the skin.
Freedom of movement comes from the pleats built into the back, while the back yoke with ventilation openings helps air circulate during physical exertion. The side tabs with plastic snap buttons let the waist be adjusted to fit the body. Reflective piping across the body, sleeves and shoulders improves visibility in low light, making this jacket a practical choice for outdoor work in trades, logistics or on construction sites.
