This work jacket from Rofa's VIS-LINE I PROBAN® collection is cut specifically for women who need to stay visible and functional in demanding work environments. The turn-down collar, extended back and action pleats keep the fit comfortable during physical work without feeling restrictive. Two chest pockets, two side pockets, a hook-and-loop chest inner pocket and two large inner pockets provide plenty of room for tools, a phone or paperwork, with every flap secured by a press stud so nothing gets lost on the job.
The fabric is a satin weave made from 65% cotton, 33% polyester and 2% other fibres at around 340 g/sqm, a comparatively heavy, dense material that feels sturdy and holds its shape well through regular wear. The cuffs adjust in width via press studs, letting the jacket accommodate different layers underneath, which is useful as temperatures change through the day. The front zip combined with press studs makes putting the jacket on and off straightforward, even while wearing gloves.
A standout feature is the visibility detailing: 50 mm reflective stripes run around the body, sleeves and over the shoulders, complemented by reflective piping on the front yoke. Paired with the cornflower and hi-vis yellow colourway, this keeps the wearer clearly visible even in poor light. A pictogram tab on the right chest pocket also leaves space for care or identification labelling.
That combination of high visibility and a durable fabric makes this jacket well suited to sectors like road construction, logistics or general site work, where women on the team need a properly fitted alternative to unisex cuts.
