Product information "Hood Farge"
The Farge hood is a disposable head covering for chemical protection work, designed for situations where the head and neck need extra coverage in addition to a protective coverall. It comes in a universal size that fits most head shapes, and the extended neck piece ensures a reliable overlap with a collar or coverall underneath.
The outer material is polypropylene with a microporous PE lamination. This combination makes the fabric resistant to oils while still remaining flexible and comfortable to wear – in practice, that means oil splashes and contamination are kept off the surface rather than soaking through. An elasticated edge around the face opening keeps the hood snugly in place during movement without restricting visibility.
As PSA category 1 protective equipment, the hood is intended for minor risks and suits tasks where basic protection against soiling and oil contact is sufficient. This makes it a practical addition to disposable coveralls in settings such as painting, maintenance, cleaning, or other work involving oil contact.
The hood is supplied as bulk packaging with a pack size of 100 or 50 pieces, making it well suited to regular commercial use where larger quantities are needed for restocking.
