This 3-arm honing tool is designed to smooth and precision-finish bore holes in the diameter range of 58 to 80 millimetres. The 50 millimetre wide stones ensure stable and uniform finishing of internal surfaces. The tool is mounted in a chuck or rotating machine and fed into the bore, where the three arms automatically expand against the bore wall as it rotates.
The symmetrical 3-arm design distributes machining forces evenly across the bore wall, delivering precise, concentric results without overlaps or irregularities. With a stone width of 50 millimetres, the tool operates reliably even in longer bore holes.
