The 4182LH hi-vis bib and brace trousers from the Mauser range are built for anyone working on construction sites, in road building or logistics who needs to stay visible without sacrificing practicality. Available in twelve sizes from 42/44 to 118/122, they fit a wide range of body types, and the generous pocket layout keeps tools, a folding rule and small items within easy reach throughout the day.
The fabric blends cotton, polyester and the elastic fibre XLANCE, finished with an FC treatment at around 280g/m². The result is a garment that moves with the body thanks to the knitted side gussets, the back waistband panel and the calf area, while still holding up to the daily wear and tear of manual work. The stretch braces with quick-release buckles adjust in seconds, the reinforced knee pocket with hook-and-loop closure copes well with kneeling work, and the protected hem guards against rising damp, a real advantage when working in wet conditions or on damp ground.
The segmented reflective tape, arranged according to EN ISO 20471, makes sure the wearer is seen early in poor light or darkness. This is the standard for high-visibility clothing required or recommended on roads, construction sites and anywhere people work close to vehicles or machinery. As Category II PPE, these trousers cover a level of protection that goes beyond ordinary workwear.
With its bib pocket, double rear pockets, leg pocket and dedicated rule pocket with hammer loop, the 4182LH suits civil engineering and road construction crews, warehouse and logistics staff, and any trade that needs to carry plenty of tools while staying clearly visible on site.
