This winter overall from Blaklader is designed for anyone who has to work outdoors through cold, wind and rain while staying visible on site. Road and construction workers, fishermen and tradespeople get a one-piece suit that combines warmth, freedom of movement and high-visibility protection. The detachable hood, designed to fit over a helmet and ear defenders, keeps it practical even in tough winter conditions.

The outer fabric is a coated Oxford polyester that's waterproof to 15,000 mm and fully windproof, yet stays breathable thanks to its Ret 8.5 rating rather than trapping heat and moisture against the skin. All seams are taped to keep water out completely, and the warm quilted lining works together with mesh panels at the armholes and shoulder blades to prevent overheating during active work. Stretch panels at the back and a bellows gusset add extra range of motion for bending or climbing, while the built-in knee pad pockets protect the knees during kneeling tasks.

The overall meets EN ISO 20471 Class 1, the entry level of high-visibility standards, using reflective strips across the legs, body, shoulders and sleeves to improve visibility in daylight and low light. EN 342 confirms protection against cold, and EN 343 covers protection against wind and rain, making this suit a dependable choice for outdoor winter work. Paired with the separately available knee pads, it also meets EN 14404-3.

With tool pockets, a hammer loop, a rule pocket and optional add-on nail pockets, the overall is also built with real job-site use in mind. The extra-short sizes from XXSS to 4XLS give a proper fit for shorter leg lengths without any compromise on function or protection.
