The H442 hi-vis rain coat from the 190T Essentials range is built for anyone working outdoors in wet weather who needs to stay visible, dry and protected. With a back length of 100 cm it covers considerably more than a standard coat, keeping you shielded from rain and cold even when bending or sitting. The roll-away hood built into the collar, the drawcord at hood and hem, and the inner elasticated cuff all help the coat stay in place in wind and rain.

The fabric is fully waterproof with taped seams, so water cannot get in at the stitching. On top of that, the surface has a highly water-repellent finish that makes rain bead off rather than soak in. To stop you overheating underneath, the ventilated back yoke and the eyelets under the arms allow real airflow during longer outdoor shifts. The PVC coating is REACH compliant, a detail worth knowing given the fabric is worn close to the body or over other workwear.

As hi-vis workwear, the coat is certified to EN ISO 20471, and this rating still holds after 25 washes, so the reflective tape and signal colour keep doing their job over the long run. The fabric also carries a UPF 40+ rating and blocks 98% of UV rays, a useful bonus for outdoor work in sunny conditions too. CE certification and UKCA marking complete the picture.

The two-way zip under the storm flap and the two roomy front pockets make this coat practical for everyday use on site, whether in construction, road work, logistics or any job with changeable weather. Available in orange and yellow, and in sizes from XS to 5XL, the H442 fits a wide range of body types and working environments.
