This lifting sling with a working load limit of 1000 kg is built for everyday use in warehouses, logistics and on construction sites, wherever loads need to be slung safely and flexibly. The purple colour immediately signals the permitted load rating, which keeps things clear when several slings with different capacities are in use side by side. At 30 mm wide, it is particularly suited to situations with narrow openings or tight anchor points where wider slings simply will not fit.
Made from two-ply polyester, the sling combines a high load capacity with low weight of its own. In practice that means it is easy to handle, coils up neatly for storage, and still holds up to regular use in demanding working conditions. Polyester also resists a wide range of external influences, which helps the sling last through daily wear on site.
The sling is manufactured to EN 1492-1, the standard for round and flat lifting slings made from man-made fibres, and comes with a safety factor of 7:1. That means it is built to withstand considerably more than its rated 1000 kg working load limit, giving a real safety margin when lifting and moving loads. TÜV/GS testing further confirms the sound construction of the sling.
Available in lengths from 1 to 4 metres, it can be matched to the exact lifting situation and is suited to warehouses, workshops and construction sites, anywhere loads are moved by crane, hoist or pulley block.
