The FFP3 NR D folding mask is built for jobs with particularly high dust and particle exposure, where a simple mouth-and-nose cover no longer offers enough protection. It shields the wearer and is designed as a single-use item – it gets disposed of after wear rather than reused. The built-in exhalation valve lets warm, humid breath escape more quickly, making longer wear noticeably more comfortable.
The adjustable nose clip can be shaped to fit individual face contours, creating a snug seal without pressure points, while the elastic, adjustable headband keeps the mask securely in place without digging in. Folded down, the mask measures 15 x 15 cm, so it fits easily into a pocket or toolbox. Each mask comes individually wrapped, keeping handling hygienic and straightforward on site or in the workshop.
The mask is tested to EN 149:2001 + A1:2009 and has additionally passed a dolomite dust loading test, confirming its filtering performance specifically against mineral dust. FFP3 represents the highest filter class among filtering half masks, making this mask suitable for tasks involving elevated dust concentrations.
Sold as bulk packaging with a minimum order of 12 pieces, this mask is aimed particularly at commercial buyers, for example in construction and demolition work, stone processing, or any setting where fine mineral dust is a regular part of the job.
