Made from a sturdy twill fabric of 85% cotton, 14% polyester, and 1% antistatic fibre at 350 g/m², the material feels comfortable against the skin despite its flame-retardant treatment and holds up well under regular wear. The oil-, dirt-, and water-repellent surface keeps the fabric cleaner for longer, cutting down on maintenance on messy job sites. Built-in knee pad pockets make kneeling work more comfortable over long stretches, while the reinforced three-part tool pockets, complete with a ruler pocket and pen pocket, keep tools within easy reach.
The trousers are certified to EN ISO 11612, protecting against heat and flame, while EN 1149-5 covers antistatic properties that matter when working in electrostatically sensitive environments. They are also tested to IEC 61482-2 against the thermal hazards of an electric arc, with an ATPV rating of 16.0 cal/cm² indicating how much energy the trousers can absorb in a worst-case event.
