The VALHE01EN flame-retardant shirt from the Mauser line is a classically cut work shirt designed for people who face static build-up or flame risk as part of their daily job. The fully buttoned front placket, the shirt collar with a stand-up neckband closed by a single button, and the applied left chest pocket give it the familiar look of a standard work shirt while still delivering protective performance.
The fabric is a blend of 65% viscose (FR) and 35% aramid at around 160 g/m², finished with antistatic fibres. In practice this means a comparatively lightweight, pleasantly smooth shirt that feels like everyday workwear rather than bulky protective gear, while still carrying the flame-retardant properties built into the fibre blend itself. The cuffed sleeves give a neat, secure finish at the wrist.
Certified to EN 1149, the shirt is designed to dissipate electrostatic charge, which matters wherever ordinary clothing cannot reliably rule out sparking from static discharge, complementing the inherent flame-retardant nature of the fabric. As Category II PPE, it is intended for medium-level risks.
The continuous size range from 33 to 57 across 13 steps suits both slimmer and larger builds, which makes it a practical choice for bulk procurement covering mixed sizing needs.
