The blend of wool, aramid, polyamide and a touch of elastane combines the natural benefits of wool with the resilience of technical fibres. Wool helps regulate temperature and keeps feet warm even in damp conditions, which makes a real difference during long days outdoors. The heel, sole and toe are reinforced with insulating wool terry, adding durability exactly where socks wear out fastest, while elastic knit fabric on the sole helps the sock sit snugly inside the boot. Wool's natural odour-resistant properties and good moisture transport are especially noticeable on longer shifts.
The socks are antistatic to EN 1149-5, meaning they help dissipate static electricity, making them suitable for environments where that matters. They are also classified as flame-resistant to EN ISO 14116, offering limited protection against flame exposure, which is typically relevant where sparks or open flames pose a risk.
