Product information "Fitt-Pure 1/2" - Drinking Water Hose 50 Metre"
The Fitt-Pure 1/2" is a drinking water hose built for regular, everyday use wherever liquids need to be handled safely for food contact. At 50 metres, it works well for professional settings and for businesses that need to cover longer distances, such as in the food industry or anywhere water is drawn frequently.
Both the inner and outer layers are made from thermoplastic elastomer (TPE), a material classed as food-safe, non-toxic and free of plasticisers. Unlike cross-linked elastomers, it can also be recycled. Flexibility comes from the double NTS (No Torsion System) lining, a fabric structure that keeps the hose supple and prevents kinking or twisting. That matters in daily use, since the hose can be coiled and uncoiled repeatedly without picking up kinks or torsion damage. It also stays easy to handle in cold conditions, thanks to an operating temperature range of -30°C to +70°C.
The KTW-BWGL certification confirms suitability for contact with drinking water and liquid foodstuffs in categories A, B, C and D1. That makes the hose a solid choice wherever food-grade safety is a requirement, for example during transport or cleaning processes in food processing.
The Fitt-Pure 1/2" is aimed at food industry operations and anyone needing a robust, flexible drinking water hose for frequent use. It is sold as bulk stock with a minimum order quantity of 50 units, making it a practical choice for commercial buyers.
