The E091-ESD fine-knit glove from the eFlex range is built for work on electrostatically sensitive components and assemblies, such as electronics manufacturing or precision assembly tasks that call for fine dexterity. It suits anyone who needs a lightweight, close-fitting glove without giving up finger sensitivity.
The liner, knitted from nylon, spandex and carbon, gives the glove a stretchy, fine-gauge fit that hugs the hand closely and stays comfortable even during extended wear. Carbon fibres woven into the fabric dissipate static charge, which is what gives the glove its ESD properties. The palms are coated with nitrile micro-foam, providing a secure grip in dry and slightly oily conditions while preserving excellent tactile feedback. A practical bonus: the glove remains touchscreen-compatible, so there is no need to remove it to use a phone or tablet.
The ESD properties are tested to EN 16350, a standard covering the electrostatic behaviour of gloves. In practice, this means the glove helps prevent electrostatic discharge that could damage sensitive electronic components. Classified as PPE Category II, it is suited to tasks where this kind of protection matters.
The E091-ESD is supplied as bulk goods with a minimum order of 12 pairs, available in sizes 6 to 12, making it a practical choice for equipping entire teams or workstations in electronics manufacturing, assembly and testing environments.
