The Ear™ Ultrafit™ earplugs are a reusable hearing protection solution for anyone working regularly in noisy environments who doesn't want to unwrap disposable plugs for every shift. Thanks to their patented three-flange design, they adapt to the shape of the ear canal and stay in place more reliably than simple foam plugs, without sacrificing comfort.
The plugs themselves are easy to insert, and the cord made from thermoplastic elastomer lets them hang comfortably around the neck when not in use. Being washable and reusable, they bring the cost per use down significantly compared to disposable alternatives, and at roughly 4 grams per pair, they're barely noticeable once fitted. The yellow plugs paired with a blue cord also make them easy to spot during on-site safety checks.
Certified to EN 352-2, the earplugs deliver a solid SNR rating of 29 dB, with individual values of 30 dB at high, 25 dB at medium and 24 dB at low frequencies, making them especially effective against high-pitched noise such as machinery or pneumatic tools. They can be worn alongside other personal protective equipment, including helmets and safety glasses.
