The ES1 Essential Hi-Vis T-Shirt brings sportswear-grade comfort to high-visibility workwear, built for anyone who needs to stay seen without overheating. Rather than heavy hi-vis fabric, it uses a lightweight sports-derived material that breathes far better on hot days, making it a practical, affordable choice for outfitting whole crews.
The breathable, moisture-wicking fabric pulls sweat away from the skin, keeping the wearer cool and dry even during physical work, and it dries quickly, which also makes stains easier to remove. A welded collar seam prevents chafing at the neck, while the generous fit allows plenty of freedom of movement throughout the working day.
Despite its light weight, the shirt holds its own on protection: it's certified to EN ISO ISO 20471 after 50 washes, meaning its visibility performance holds up over the long term, and the orange version also meets RIS 3279-TOM for the rail industry. The UV-protective fabric is rated 40+ UPF and blocks 98% of UV rays, a useful extra for anyone working outdoors, and the garment carries CE certification.
