The PW74 dual SNR earmuffs are designed for anyone whose working day involves changing noise levels and who needs more than one fixed level of protection. Instead of switching between different hearing protectors, the attenuation can be adjusted manually right on the earmuff, between SNR 25 dB and SNR 35 dB. This means the protection can match the task at hand, rather than over-damping quieter work or under-protecting during louder tasks.
A dial on the ear cup clearly shows the currently selected attenuation level, so the wearer always knows exactly what level of protection is active. That makes a real difference on site, since there is no need to guess the setting. The headband is coated with TPE, which keeps the earmuffs sitting securely and without slipping, even when worn for extended periods or during movement.
As personal protective equipment, the PW74 is CE certified and classified as CE-CAT III, the category for PPE against serious risks such as hearing damage.
