These corded ear plugs are built for workplaces where foreign-body detection is essential, most notably the food industry. Detectability is achieved through metal shavings injected directly into the cord during manufacturing, removing the need for a separate metal ball and making the plugs simpler to handle and detect.
Made from TPR (thermoplastic rubber), the plugs offer a soft, comfortable fit, while the triple-flange design keeps them securely in place even during extended wear. Being reusable, they can be worn multiple times rather than discarded after a single use, and the cord's drawstring allows for safe, secure fastening when the plugs are not in use.
Classified as PPE under CE-CAT III, the plugs are CE certified. Each pair comes individually packed in a hygienic polybag with instructions for use, which supports cleanliness in sensitive work environments.
