This women's long-sleeve baselayer shirt is the functional first layer for anyone working or staying active in cold or changeable conditions who wants to stay dry and comfortable against the skin. As part of the baselayer underwear collection, it is designed for direct skin contact and forms the base beneath workwear or other functional garments.
The smooth polyester fabric wicks moisture away from the skin efficiently, keeping sweat from sitting on the body and helping prevent that clammy, cold feeling during exertion. Flatlock seams are deliberately placed away from the shoulders to avoid chafing in high-friction areas such as under backpack straps or harnesses. The generous fit allows plenty of freedom of movement and layers easily underneath other clothing.
Thanks to its warming, insulating properties, the shirt is well suited to cooler temperatures and unpredictable weather, in line with its place in the all-weather protection range. Available in black in sizes XS to XXL, it fits smoothly into any team's workwear setup.
