The DX4 Hi-Vis Winter Coverall is built for anyone working outdoors in cold, wet and low-visibility conditions who still needs full freedom of movement. Instead of a stiff, bulky shell, it combines a breathable, stretch fabric with details like pre-shaped sleeves and articulated elbows, so the coverall moves with you during overhead work or when bending down.
The windproof outer fabric is treated with the PFAS-free Texpel Splash Eco finish, so water beads off the surface rather than soaking in. Welded seams and waterproof zips further keep moisture from getting through. Warmth comes from the InsulatexPro lining, which insulates well without adding bulk or weight. Double stitching and a reinforced crotch gusset add the kind of durability needed for daily wear on site.
On the protection side, the coverall carries EN342 cold protection certification down to -40°C, making it suitable for even the harshest winter conditions. EN ISO 20471 certification, which remains valid after 25 washes, confirms lasting visibility thanks to the heat-resistant reflective tape and contrasting colour blocks. The fabric is also rated UPF 40+, blocking 98% of UV rays, which is useful whenever outdoor work extends beyond winter.
With eight pockets, including a double rule pocket, height-adjustable knee pad pockets and a radio loop, the coverall is well suited to road work, utilities, groundworks and winter maintenance crews, where visibility, weather protection and practical storage all matter on the job.
