The DX4 Hi-Vis Winter Bib Trousers are built for anyone working outdoors in cold, wet and low-visibility conditions who still wants genuine comfort on site. The modern design and detachable bib let you wear them as bib trousers or as standard work trousers, adapting to different tasks and personal preference.
The breathable, windproof stretch fabric moves with you rather than restricting you, while the PFAS-free Texpel Splash finish makes water bead off the surface. Taped, waterproof seams add another layer of protection against moisture, and the InsulatexPro lining delivers real warmth without adding bulk or weight. Double stitching and a reinforced crotch gusset are built to handle the daily wear and tear of site work.
Cold protection is certified to EN342 down to -40°C, making these trousers suitable for tasks carried out in hard frost. They also meet EN ISO 20471 for high-visibility clothing, certified after 25 washes, so visibility holds up over the working life of the garment. The HiVisTex Pro reflective tape is heat-resistant and low-flammability, adding a further layer of on-site safety.
With 15 pockets, including height-adjustable knee pad pockets, a rule pocket and a hammer loop, there's plenty of room for tools and small items. That makes them a strong choice for groundworkers, winter construction crews and anyone whose job combines cold, wet conditions with the need to be seen.
