The L440 classic rain suit is a two-piece jacket-and-trouser set built for anyone who works or spends time outdoors in all weather and wants dependable, no-fuss protection. As a lightweight, affordably priced staple, it delivers solid functionality without unnecessary extras.
The waterproof fabric features welded, sealed seams that keep water from getting in at the most vulnerable points, while the fabric surface itself is highly water-repellent, so rain simply beads off instead of soaking through. Elasticated inner cuffs on the jacket and a fully elasticated waistband on the trousers keep the suit close-fitting during movement while remaining comfortable to wear, and the popper-adjustable hem lets you fine-tune the fit over different footwear.
Ventilation is built in throughout: a back vent, a vented back yoke and additional eyelets let moisture escape so you stay drier during extended wear. The adjustable, stowable hood gives reliable head protection when needed and packs away neatly when it is not. Two front jacket pockets and two side-entry trouser pockets keep small items within easy reach.
The fabric is rated UPF 40+ and blocks 98% of UV rays, a useful benefit for anyone working outdoors in strong sun. The suit is CE certified and UKCA marked, making it suitable for professional use in trades such as construction and agriculture as well as for everyday and leisure wear.
