The inba straining cloth is a classic kitchen textile suited for both professional and home use. Measuring 80 x 80 cm, it offers enough surface area for typical kitchen and catering tasks, such as straining, covering, or serving as a versatile aid during food preparation.
Made from 100% viscose and weighing 92 grams per piece, the cloth is pleasantly lightweight while still absorbent enough to soak up liquids reliably. Viscose has a soft, smooth handle that makes it easy to work with, without feeling bulky or overly thick. For everyday care in commercial kitchens, the cloth can be washed at 60°C and withstands both professional dry cleaning and professional wet cleaning, and it can be bleached with either chlorine or oxygen-based agents, a real plus for businesses with strict hygiene requirements. It should only be ironed at a low temperature without steam, and it must not be tumble dried.
Thanks to these properties, the straining cloth is particularly well suited to kitchens, catering operations, and any environment where HACCP-compliant hygiene standards apply.
