Product information "Children's Rain Jacket Snorre"
The Snorre is a rain jacket for children, built for the school run, kindergarten, or simply playing outside. It comes in sizes from 86/92 up to 146/152, so it can grow along with your child over several years. A concealed front zip backed by press studs, a detachable hood and elastic cuffs with hook-and-loop fastening mean kids can put it on and take it off by themselves.
The outer fabric is PU on a polyester base material weighing around 190 g/m². This keeps the jacket light and easy to move in without giving up protection against wind and rain. The seams are welded rather than stitched, which stops water getting in exactly where rainwear usually lets it through first. The reflective stripes are also welded on instead of sewn, avoiding extra needle holes that could let moisture in. A back vent keeps things comfortable and stops heat building up during active play.
With a water column of 8,000 mm, the jacket is classed as wind- and waterproof and is tested to EN ISO 13688 and EN 343 Class 4/1/X, standards that confirm reliable protection against rain and wind. It also meets EN 17353 Type B2, a standard for visibility clothing, which is exactly what makes the jacket's reflective stripes genuinely useful on the way to school in the dark or in poor visibility.
