Chemical apron, PVC Anton

The Anton PVC chemical apron is a rugged add-on protective apron for tasks where splashes of liquid chemicals, water or oil are a risk. Worn over standard workwear or protective clothing, it adds a tough, liquid-repellent barrier across the front of the body. The adjustable neck strap and the elastic waist band with a detectable plastic hook let the apron fit different body sizes and be put on and taken off quickly.

The outer material is a polyester base fabric with a double PVC coating, weighing around 750 g/m² with a thickness of about 0.63 mm. In practice that means an apron with a good grip that resists abrasion and tearing even with frequent contact with liquids and mechanical strain. Tested to EN 14325, the material reaches the top performance level 6 for abrasion resistance, flex crack resistance, tear resistance and tensile strength, while puncture resistance sits at level 4 – figures that reflect genuine industrial-duty performance.

Certified to EN 14605 Type PB [3] and EN 13034 Type PB [6], the apron protects against splashes and against the permeation of certain liquid chemicals, as well as against water and oil splashes up to around 180 °C. In practical terms, it reliably blocks typical liquid splashes encountered on site, though it is not a substitute for a full chemical protective suit when handling larger quantities of aggressive substances. It explicitly offers no protection against viruses or bacteria.

This makes the Anton chemical apron a good fit for the construction industry and chemical industry, for example when working with cleaning agents, acids or oils. It is supplied as pack goods with a minimum order quantity of 10, making it a practical choice for businesses and trade buyers with regular demand.
