The Cap Ates is a lightweight work cap for anyone who wants to keep a cool head during physical work outdoors or in warm indoor environments. Its six-panel construction with four mesh inserts allows air to circulate where a classic cotton cap would quickly fall short. The rear slide adjuster turns this into a genuine one-size-fits-all cap that works straight out of the pack and adapts easily to different head shapes.
The outer fabric combines polyester and cotton for the sturdier panels with pure polyamide for the mesh sections. The result is a cap that feels durable enough for daily use on site or in the warehouse, while remaining light and comfortable against the skin. The mesh areas dry quickly, which makes a noticeable difference during sweaty work compared with a cap made entirely from solid fabric.
Reflective inserts built into the peak and the crown improve visibility in low light and after dark, useful on traffic routes, in warehouse settings or when working alongside roads.
