The CLIMAX 5-RS safety helmet is built for anyone working on construction sites or around electrical installations who needs dependable head protection without sacrificing comfort. Weighing just 318 g, it stays light on the head, while the adjustable headband and height-adjustable fit keep it secure and comfortable even during long shifts.
The shell is made from polyethylene, a material that combines toughness with low weight, standing up well to impacts and everyday wear outdoors. Inside, the 6-point suspension spreads impact forces evenly across the head, the fabric sweatband absorbs moisture, and the built-in rain gutter channels water away from the face. Slots on the sides let you attach hearing or face protection directly to the helmet whenever the job calls for it, without extra mounting hardware.
The helmet is certified to EN 397, the standard for industrial safety helmets that covers protection against impact from falling objects, among other requirements. On top of that, the CLIMAX 5-RS offers electrical insulation up to 1000 V AC under EN 50365, tested across a temperature range of -20°C to +50°C. That combination makes it a solid choice for work in or near live electrical systems, where both impact protection and insulation against electric shock matter - think electrical trades, maintenance work on overhead lines, or construction sites with active electrical installations.
