The Bizflame Work two-tone FR trousers are built for anyone facing heat, sparks or open flame on the job, from welders to electricians and workers in hazardous environments. Six pockets, including a rule pocket, a back pocket and height-adjustable kneepad pockets, provide generous storage and let you tailor the fit to the task at hand.
Construction relies on triple-stitched seams for extended durability and a robust brass zip that keeps performing under demanding site conditions. A half-elasticated waistband combined with an adjustable hook-and-loop fastening at the hem keeps the trousers secure and comfortable throughout a full shift, while double-stitched reflective tape and warning stripes on the legs improve visibility in low light.
These trousers guard against radiant, convective and contact heat and meet Class 2 welding protection, making them suitable for tasks involving significant heat exposure. Certified against molten metal splash and rated for use in ATEX environments, they also cover work carried out in potentially explosive atmospheres. The fabric additionally carries a UPF 40+ rating, blocking 98% of UV rays for outdoor work. CE-CAT III certification confirms protection against serious, irreversible risks.
