The FR60 from the Bizflame™ Work HV collection is a flame-resistant, multi-norm coverall built for workplaces where several hazards overlap. It suits workers who face heat and fire alongside chemical exposure, electric arc risks or welding tasks, combining these protections into a single garment. Contrast-coloured hi-vis stripes add visibility on site, whether on a construction project or in an industrial plant.
The Bizflame multi-fabric is designed for comfort without giving up durability: triple-stitched seams extend the garment's working life, while the comfortable side entry and hook-and-loop cuff fastenings keep the fit secure yet practical. The robust two-way brass zip is easy to operate even with gloves on and allows quick access from either end. Nine pockets in total, including two concealed chest pockets, a rule pocket and a phone pocket, provide generous storage for tools and personal items, backed up by radio loops for fast attachment.
The coverall protects against radiant, convective and contact heat as well as molten metal splash, and it is suitable for use in ATEX environments. It is certified to CE-CAT III and carries UKCA marking, making it suitable for higher-risk work areas. The fabric also carries a UPF 40+ rating, blocking 98% of UV rays, which adds extra protection for outdoor work.
The patented, height-adjustable knee pad pockets with a two-position system make the FR60 particularly suited to kneeling tasks, such as those found in plant construction, welding, oil and gas work, or on construction sites with mixed hazards.
