The Bizflame Work FR Standard Coat is a flame-resistant overcoat designed to be worn over existing flame-resistant clothing. It suits anyone who needs an extra protective layer on top of their FR workwear without giving up freedom of movement or all-day comfort.
It is made from a flame-resistant twill fabric that has been engineered to stay light. In practice, this means the coat feels noticeably less bulky and can be worn for extended periods without weighing the wearer down. Three pockets, including a pen pocket on the left side, provide enough storage for tools and small items, while concealed front snap buttons allow quick on and off without exposed fastenings.
The coat protects against radiant, convective and contact heat, making it suitable for tasks involving heat exposure. The fabric also carries a UPF 40+ rating and blocks 98% of UV rays, which makes it a practical choice for outdoor work as well. As a CE-certified, CE-CAT III garment, it is additionally suitable for use in ATEX environments, meaning areas where explosive atmospheres may occur.
