This big bag for asbestos, part of the Mirawo Big Bag range, is built for the safe disposal of asbestos-containing waste and is aimed at licensed waste disposal companies, demolition contractors, and any business that regularly needs to pack larger volumes of contaminated material correctly. Measuring 75 x 75 x 90 cm, it offers enough volume for site clearance and remediation work, and is supplied as bulk goods with a minimum order of 130 units, making it a cost-effective choice for regular commercial use.
The bag is made from coated PP fabric, meaning robust, coated polypropylene. This gives it a tear-resistant surface that also keeps out dust and moisture, standing up well to repeated handling on site without wearing through too quickly. The closed bottom stops material from spilling out uncontrolled, and the skirt top can simply be tied shut for a secure closure. Four lifting loops allow the bag to be moved by crane or forklift without losing balance during lifting.
The bag meets DIN EN ISO 21898, a standard for flexible intermediate bulk containers (FIBC) that sets requirements for load capacity and safety factor, among other things. With a safe working load (SWL) of 1,000 kg and a 5:1 safety factor against breaking load, it offers a solid margin above its rated capacity, an important safety buffer when lifting and transporting filled bags.
