The Bizweld Work FR Cargo Trousers are built for anyone facing thermal hazards on the job, from electrical work to environments with arc flash risk. They combine permanent flame resistance with the practical layout of a modern cargo trouser: seven pockets, including a rule pocket, two patch pockets on the seat and cargo pockets on the leg, give you plenty of easy-to-reach storage, while a concealed phone pocket keeps your mobile safe during the working day.
An elasticated waistband and elasticated back panel keep the trousers comfortable through bending, stretching and long shifts in awkward positions. The fabric is also UPF 40+ rated and blocks 98% of UV rays, a useful bonus for anyone working outdoors without needing separate protective gear.
At the core of these trousers is their dual hazard protection: they guard against the thermal hazard of an arc flash as well as radiant and contact heat, and are certified to protect against molten metal splash. Flame resistance is guaranteed for the working life of the garment. CE certified to category CE-CAT III and rated ARC2, these trousers are designed for tasks with an elevated risk of arc flash or heat exposure, such as work in power distribution, switchgear installation or maintenance on live electrical systems.
