The extended, reinforced cuff keeps dirt and wear away from the wrist, helping the glove hold up under tough daily conditions.
The palm is made from full-grain cowhide, while the back of the hand is cotton – a combination that balances grip with wearing comfort. Reinforced fingertips along with a reinforced thumb and index finger take on the load exactly where heavy-duty work puts the most strain. The half lining with a lined palm keeps the glove comfortable even during extended wear without compromising dexterity, and the open cuff makes it easy to put on and take off during the working day.
On the protection side, the glove is certified to EN 388, the standard for mechanical risks covering abrasion resistance, cut resistance, tear resistance and puncture resistance, giving a clear indication of how much it can take on the job. It also meets EN ISO 21420 and falls under PSA category 2, qualifying it for professional use where moderate risk is involved.
