The PHILLY jacket by 4PROTECT® is built for anyone who needs reliable protection outdoors in wind and rain. It combines windproof and waterproof performance with high breathability, making it comfortable to wear over long shifts and varying levels of physical activity without moisture building up on the inside.
The outer fabric is polyester with a polyurethane laminate, while the lining is polyester with 4PROTECT®'s heat-reflective HEATING finish. In practice, this means a light, soft feel combined with solid weather protection and an added warming effect on colder days. Adjustable width at the waist and hem, together with the detachable storm hood and its various adjustment options, let the wearer fine-tune fit and freedom of movement, while the double-covered front zip keeps out driving rain and draughts.
The jacket meets EN ISO 13688:2013, which sets general requirements for protective clothing, and EN 343:2019, which assesses protection against rain and the breathability of the material. As Category I PPE, it is designed for weather conditions that do not pose a serious or irreversible health risk.
This makes the PHILLY well suited to construction and road construction, public authorities and organisations, waste management, vehicle and aircraft manufacturing, forestry, garden and agricultural work, skilled trades, and transport, logistics and warehousing – wherever outdoor work continues regardless of the weather.
