The 4PROTECT® COLUMBUS UV warning-protection sweatshirt is built for anyone who needs to stay visible and protected while working outdoors. Finished in signal yellow and available in ten sizes from 3XL to XXL, it covers a wide range of body sizes and suits daily use across changing job sites.
The blended fabric is constructed so that the cotton fibres sit directly against the skin, giving a dry, soft feel, while the outer layer is made from recycled polyester. This combination makes the sweatshirt sturdy and keeps the colour strong, while still remaining comfortable to wear through long shifts. Rated for 25 washes, it is built for the kind of regular use expected from workwear, without colour or fit dropping off quickly.
Beyond comfort, the sweatshirt carries documented UV protection to EN 13758-2:2003+A1:2006, shielding the skin from UV radiation during outdoor work. It also meets the requirements for high-visibility clothing under EN ISO 20471:2013+A1:2016, improving visibility in poor light and in road traffic. The base standard EN ISO 13688:2013+A1:2021 confirms that general requirements for protective clothing are met. As PPE Category II, the sweatshirt is designed for medium-level hazards.
